DANCE STUDIO PORTRAITS

End of the year/ recital portraits, performance photos, and more!

We offer dance studio packages to satisfy the needs of both your studio and parents. We come to your studio to set up a backdrop and shoot in a comfortable setting. We offer pre pay envelopes, and have the capabilities to take orders online as well or instead of the traditional envelopes. 

We offer multiple backdrop options, including digital backdrops to customize to your specific needs. 

We offer products ranging from traditional prints to water bottles, banners, key chains, program books and more. 

We can also be available to offer photos during performances as well- on stage shots, photo booth, or backstage.

Annual Recital Photos: Our Process

  • Booking:  Choose your dates and sign a contract. Book early as our spring season fills up fast!

 

  • One month out:  You'll provide us with your schedule for your shoot days (we can help with this if you need, we recommend approximately 30 minutes per class of 12 or less students)

 

  • Two weeks out:   We provide details about the process for parents and samples of the products to display at your studio

 

  • On Photo Day:  We arrive at your studio about one and a half hours ahead of time to set up

 

  • 3-4 Weeks after the photo day:  Online gallery is posted and parents can begin ordering

 

  • The rest of the year:  The gallery stays posted until the next photo season. Parents may place as many orders as they like.

Products We Offer

In addition to traditional archival quality prints, we offer premium products such as canvas prints and metal prints. We also have specialty products like coffee and travel mugs, water bottles, luggage tags, buttons and more!

Optional Add-On Services

Company Group Photos:

     Together we come up with a concept for the photos to fit your studio's style. These can be done at your studio or on location in the Houston 

     area

 

Individual Mini- Sessions:

     These sessions take place in the dance studio. Dancers sign up for a 30 minute session in which the dancers may take as many photos as we 

     we can fit in the time. These are great for audition photos, headshots and beautiful fine art pieces for the parents

 

Performance Photos:

     We come and take photos of your showcase or recital. Parents can purchase photos online afterward. These are great for a Christmas 

     showcase or even the end of the year recital
